PS I just want to add that after staying up late last night to finish Winter Hours, I found myself getting up early this morning and going out to the beach to watch the sunrise. It was more cloud cover than anything else but I was thrilled to be there and talked with the fishermen who lined the pier. Thanks, Mary Oliver.
